AI agents are increasingly prevalent in areas such as customer service, sales, and product support. However, a significant challenge has surfaced as businesses increasingly adopt these systems: the lack of visibility into the actions of these agents. InfiniteWatch, a New York-based startup, seeks to address this critical blind spot.

According to Pablo Molina, the company’s CEO and co-founder, “Trillions of AI-powered interactions are coming — agents talking to customers, agents talking to agents. Companies won’t hand over critical operations to agents without visibility across QA, UX, compliance, revenue leakage, learning, reputation, and customer satisfaction. We’ve built the AI observability layer for this new reality. Traditional tools show you historical data. We predict what’s about to break and tell you how to fix it.”

Recently, InfiniteWatch emerged from stealth mode, securing $4 million in pre-seed funding led by Base10 Partners, alongside contributions from Sequoia, A16Z scouts, Kfund, Kibo, LifeX, and several unicorn founders. The company’s primary focus is to assist organizations in observing, measuring, and managing AI-driven interactions in real time, a concept they refer to as the “agentic internet.” This proactive stance is vital as AI systems become mainstream.

Bridging the Transparency Gap in AI Systems

Pablo Molina and Iñaki Berenguer, the founders of InfiniteWatch, previously led CoverWallet, an insurance technology firm that scaled to over $1 billion in premium revenue before its acquisition by Aon. Their background has equipped them with insights into the growing disparity in the AI landscape, especially as businesses increasingly adopt advanced systems without adequate transparency to govern or enhance them.

InfiniteWatch aims to provide businesses with the ability to monitor and optimize AI agent performance across digital channels. This visibility is crucial for companies that rely on AI for customer engagement, preventing minor issues from escalating into larger problems that could harm revenue or customer trust.

Innovative Products Promoting AI Accountability

The startup’s initial products are designed around this vision of observability. The first, the Session Replay Agent, analyzes web interactions to automatically detect UX glitches and identify conversion drops, offering actionable recommendations for improvement. Meanwhile, the Voice Agent functions as both a tester and an auditor, creating synthetic personas that can scale up testing of voice systems and spot compliance and quality gaps before they impact actual customers.

Iñaki Berenguer, co-founder and President of InfiniteWatch, notes, “When we deploy our observability solution, we can immediately offer to run the production AI voice agents for our customers, turning insights into live AI systems in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional approaches.” This integrated solution signifies a shift away from traditional web analytics tools, providing a comprehensive platform that combines monitoring and deployment into one system.

Future Directions for InfiniteWatch

Looking ahead, InfiniteWatch plans to introduce additional layers to its platform in the coming year, including Messaging Agent, Email Agent, and AI Co-Browsing. Each new product will contribute valuable data and intelligence, further enriching businesses’ understanding of customer journeys across various channels.

While TFN reached out to InfiniteWatch for comments regarding their stance on diversity and inclusion, no response was received by the time of publication.
