The redesigned QuickBooks platform features a dynamic homepage filled with customizable widgets that relay real-time insights and summaries of tasks completed by AI agents. In tandem, the revamped QuickBooks mobile app now extends these benefits on the go, offering business owners greater flexibility and access.
Intuit’s AI agents are equipped to handle a wide array of tasks. The Payments Agent accelerates cash flow by getting payments processed up to five days faster, while the Accounting Agent automates bookkeeping and reconciliation, leading to more accurate financial records. The Finance Agent supports financial decision-making through robust reporting and analysis, helping teams reach their financial objectives efficiently.
Kurtis Graham, founder of COSIGN Enterprises, remarked on the transformative nature of Intuit’s AI, stating that it saves him several hours each month, positively impacting his revenue generation strategy.
The newly introduced Customer Hub encompasses virtual agents designed to enhance customer relationship management, automating lead management and streamlining communication with clients. A Marketing Agent will also be deployed to aid in campaign execution and audience management later this year, further enriching Intuit’s suite of AI capabilities for business growth.
