In this video, MindPal Labs demonstrates how to build internal AI tools for your team using MindPal’s platform. The tutorial focuses on leveraging AI agents and multi-agent workflows to automate tasks and enhance team productivity across various domains like education, HR, marketing, sales, and legal tasks.
The process begins by creating a new AI workflow in MindPal. Users are prompted to specify the task or job they want to automate. For example, automating the process of researching guests for a podcast series. The workflow takes inputs such as the guest’s profile URL and the podcast topic, and then generates discussion topics, questions for the guest, and an introduction for the episode.
Once the workflow is generated, users are redirected to the workflow builder for further customization. Each step in the workflow is executed by an AI agent, which can be customized with background information, expected formats, knowledge sources, styles, and languages. Users can also select the AI model for each agent, with options including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, and more.
MindPal allows users to run the AI workflow either as a single run or in bulk, processing multiple sets of inputs concurrently. The video demonstrates a single run example, where the workflow reads the guest profile, considers the podcast topic, and generates the required outputs.
Additionally, MindPal offers a share feature that allows users to publish their workflows as forms, providing a sharable link for others to use the AI workflow without a MindPal account. Users can also embed the workflow on their website. The video concludes by showcasing a gallery of AI tool templates and encouraging viewers to try building their own AI tools on MindPal.
